We would like to kindly inform you that BGC Group simple joint-stock company with its registered office in Wrocław, KRS: 0001003380, NIP: 8992681839 and the companies comprising Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, while realizing the goals and tasks related to the organization of the Event called “Hydrogen Mixer”, process your personal data collected pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1). - Hereinafter referred to as the RODO.
According to the RODO, in order to ensure adequate protection of personal data, the data subject must be provided with the information regarding the processing of his/her personal data specified in Article 13 or Article 14(1) and (2) of the RODO - depending on whether it was obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.
The General Data Protection Regulation RODO was created to give all individuals more control over how their data is used.
In fulfillment of the obligation to provide information, the following indicates the rules for the processing of your data by BGC Group prosta spółka akcyjna, based in Wrocław, Poland, and the entities comprising Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group:
1. Who is the Data Controller:

- share capital: PLN 1,302,000.00, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator” or “Event Coordinator”
- The co-controllers of your personal data are:
- BRIX P.S.A., with its registered seat in Wrocław, 6 Ksiazza Piotra Wawrzyniaka St,
- 53-022 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Economic Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001005917, hereinafter referred to as “Co-administrator”.

3. General information
- Protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
- Personal Data Administrators take care of data security.
- Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting Group Companies have a Security Policy for the processing of personal data, which can be consulted at the premises of the Personal Data Protection Administrator.
- All personal data provided in the form at registration are treated as confidential and are not visible or accessible to unauthorized persons.
4. What data we process and where the data comes from:
- We collect and process the following categories of data:
First Name ; Last Name; Gender; Nationality;; Mailing Address; Telephone Numbers; Email Mailing Address; Company Name and Logo;
- Your personal data was obtained
- as a result of the execution of the contract concluded with you by the Personal Data Administrator or by the entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, or taking the actions necessary to conclude the contract (legal basis: Article 6.1.b of the RODO Regulation),
- as a result of registration made by you through the registration form dedicated w/o the “Hydrogen Mixer” Event ( legal basis: art. 6. 1. letter a and b of the RODO Regulation),
- from publicly available sources, to the extent of ordinary data.
5. Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data
Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting Capital Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- to execute the agreement concluded with the entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group or to take actions necessary for its conclusion (legal basis: art. 6.1.b of the Regulation)
- Fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group in connection with the conduct of their activities and performance of the concluded agreements (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1. letter c of the Regulation),
- direct and indirect marketing carried out by Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting via means of distance communication such as telephone and e-mail and promotions, including sending offers and proposals to conclude agreements via means of distance communication such as telephone and e-mail, promotions and offers to sell products and services offered by entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group (legal basis: art. 6. 1. letter a of the Regulation),
- debt recovery (legal basis: art. 6. 1. letter f of the Regulation)
- internal administrative purposes of entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, including statistics and reporting.
6. Data transfer and data recipients
In connection with the processing of data for the purposes indicated in Section 5, your personal data may be made available to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data. Recipients of your data may be:
- Entities authorized to receive your personal data on the basis of relevant laws, including public authorities (e.g. courts, offices, public administration bodies, legal protection bodies, supervisory bodies);.
- Entities that process data on behalf of the Personal Data Administrators (e.g. entities that operate our ICT systems or provide us with ICT tools).
- Entities that are part of the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, in connection with the conduct of their business and performance of contracts, to the extent necessary to perform the duties of the Coordinator, for the period necessary to perform all the duties of the Coordinator of the “Hydrogen Mixer” Event, until the end of the Event, and in terms of marketing and promotion of products and services offered by entities that are part of the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, for the period until you withdraw your consent to such processing.
- Entities participating in the implementation of the “Hydrogen Mixer” Event (Main Co-Organizer, Main Sponsor, Co-Organizers, Event Partners) to process your data exclusively for purposes related to the Event, including marketing purposes. The register of entities to which your personal data will be made available for processing for the purposes described above will be made available by the Organizer of the “Hydrogen Mixer” Event (Personal Data Administrator) in accordance with the Regulations of the Event published on www.h2mixer.pl.
7. How long do we keep your personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the purposes indicated in point. 5 purposes of processing, i.e:
- in the performance of the contract entered into by you as a Partner, Co-Organizer, Event Participant, Event Sponsor of the “Hydrogen Mixer” Event with the Event Coordinator or other entities belonging to the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, if applicable; for the period until the end of its performance, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by law or for the protection of possible claims, and in the event that you consent to the processing of data after the expiration of the contract, until the withdrawal of such consent,
- in the performance of the duties of the Event Coordinator “Hydrogen Mixer” resulting from the registration made by you through the registration form dedicated w/o the Event for the period necessary to perform all duties of the Event Coordinator until the end of the Event, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or for the protection of possible claims, and in the case of your consent to the processing of data until the withdrawal of this consent,
- in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group in connection with the conduct of its activities and performance of contracts, for the period until such obligations are fulfilled by the aforementioned entities
- in terms of marketing and promotion of the products and services offered by the Event Coordinator and entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group of companies, for the period until you withdraw your consent to such processing,
- in terms of internal administrative purposes, for the period until the legitimate interests of the Event Coordinator and the entities comprising the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group forming the basis for such processing are fulfilled, or until you object to such processing.
8. What are your rights vis-à-vis the Personal Data Controller with respect to the processed data?
In connection with the processing of your personal data by entities of the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group, you are entitled to:
- The right to access the content of the data, based on Article.15 of the Ordinance,
- The right to rectify data, based on Article.16 of the Ordinance,
- The right to request erasure of data, based on Article 17 of the Ordinance,
- The right to request restriction of data processing, pursuant to art.18 of the Ordinance,
- The right to object to data processing and the right to be forgotten, based on Article 21 of the Ordinance,
- The right to data portability, based on Article 20 of the Ordinance.
- The right to be represented
- The right to compensation
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office of Data Protection)
9. Right to withdraw consent
In cases where the processing of your data is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, i.e. consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
10. The right to file a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Controller or Co-Controller or entities of the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
11. Transfers of data outside the EEA
Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
12. Decision-making based on automated processing of personal data
- The controller does not make decisions based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, in relation to you.
- The Joint Controller does not make decisions based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, in relation to you.
- Entities within the Bosetti&Stokłosa Consulting group do not make decisions based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, in relation to you.
